Thank You to all you runners, walkers, volunteers, & Families that came out to the 2006 Friends of Stevens Creek Trail and Microsoft Trailblazer Race!

The race this year was FANTASTIC!  
The fun started with great weather.
Then we had an amazing turnout of volunteers who dove in to get everything ready for our participants.
Soon, hundreds of runners and walkers arrived in good spirits to compete and just enjoy the tranquil surroundings that is Stevens Creek, with access provided by the trail.
Following the trailwalk and 5k and 10k runs, dozens of kids ran a variety of events, culminating in a 1 mile run taking 3 laps around the main Microsoft building.
As if that wasn't enough, there were a great variety of snacks before and after all of this, but that still wouldn't make it a true Trailblazer race...
THERE HAD TO BE PRIZES!
And prizes there were.  As usual, top finishers in each decade of age groups, men and women, 5k and 10k received trophys for there tremendous accomplishment.
And, everyone was eligible for raffle prizes!  There were dozens more winners!

I have said enough.  Now, you can explore the results and find the times for  everyone you know.  And look though hundreds of race photos to see if you can find yourself.  Eventually they will be somewhat indexed.
