Until "Reach 4" extended the Trail further south in 2002, Landels School and Park served as the southern end of the Trail. It still provides parking and an access point. | |

The north and south directions of the trail separate for a short distance near Landels Park and School. | |

At one time, this point in Landels Park was where the Trail was planned to continue south to Yuba Drive. But trail supporters and neighbors felt there was a better experience to be had on the other side of the creek, though it did cost a bit more to put the trail there. | |
