The Friends of Stevens Creek Trail and the City of Mountain View will be hosting their annual Trail Work Day / Stevens Creek Clean-up Day this year on Saturday, May 5th.

2007 Trail Work Day / Creek Clean-up on Stevens Creek Trail
Saturday, May 5th, 2007
9:00 AM to 12:00 noon
at Whisman Park, 310 Easy Street, Mountain View

Volunteers will be involved in activities including creek clean-up along the Stevens Creek  and Trail Corridor,  painting projects, and weeding.

Wear rough duty clothes and shoes. Bring a hat, sunscreen, and gloves. Rain or shine, so bring a jacket or poncho if it looks like rain (we seem to have a late rain, most years).

Volunteers are encouraged to sign-up prior to the event, to insure we have planned enough of the free refreshments and lunch which will be provided for all volunteers.
